Special benefits for participating restaurants

• You and your staff may entice an expected 850 participants with appetizer-size samples that you would consider a signature item.
• You will support your community as a destination dining location.
• The name of your restaurant will be listed in print, Web ads, and social media.
• Your restaurant will be provided two wristbands for your employees to participatein the event.
• You will support Roseville Rotary, and by doing that, help provide funds to support the good work Rotary does in this community and around the world.
• Roseville Rotary provides venue and liability event insurance.
• A variety of marketing materials will be available for display at your restaurant prior to the event.
• The mood will be set by live music.

Logistics for participating restaurants

• Donate appetizer-sized samples for 850+ people.
• Provide your restaurant’s signature plates/containers and cutlery as necessary.
• Arrange own exhibit set up in a 10 ft. x 10 ft. space. (Food must be kept off the ground.)
• Supplement event provided booth signs with your own graphic signage.
• Arrange to provide people at your exhibit at all times to interpret and serve your food.
• You may arrange to have any brochures, menus or coupons ready for distribution.
• There are specific/ordinary health department regulations that must be followed. These will be sent along with your confirmation and booth assignment.
  Note: Electricity is available upon request.
